Qualifications

• Education: Bachelors in HR, Business Admin, or related field.
• Experience: 1–3 years in full-cycle recruiting or talent acquisition.
• Proficient with ATS and HR software; strong communication.

Essential duties include

• Collaborates with department managers to identify vacancies and staffing requirements.
• Identifies and implements efficient and effective recruiting methods and strategies based on the available role, industry standards, and the organizations needs.
• Creates job postings and advertisement support to ensure a steady flow of applicants.
• Source qualified applicants using job boards, social media platforms, and existing talent pools.
• Screens applications and selects qualified candidates.
• Assists with the interview process as necessary.
• Assists in the management of the applicant tracking system and background check systems; provides access to new users and conducts training sessions.
• Compiles a weekly open job report for the company to communicate all vacancies to regional managers and the C-suite team.
• Prepares offer letter packets, ensures the signature of pre-employment documents, and shares completed documents with stakeholders for proper filing.
• Ensures that proper onboarding processes are followed promptly for new hires and internal transfers.
• Updates community contact information sheets as new hires are made.
• Collaborates with the hiring manager and/or other human resource staff during the offer process, identifying and recommending salary ranges, incentives, start dates, and other relevant details.
• Tracks and ensures compliance with federal, state, and local employment laws and regulations, as well as company policies.
• Attends and participates in job fairs and other sourcing and networking opportunities.
• Performs other duties as assigned.

Education and Experience

• Education: Bachelors degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
• Experience: 1 to 3 years of previous experience in full-cycle recruiting or talent acquisition.
• Technical Proficiency: Familiarity with Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) and HR software.
• Communication Skills: Strong verbal, written, and interpersonal abilities to act as a bridge between employers and job seekers.
