Responsibilities

• Develop and implement effective recruitment strategies to attract qualified candidates.
• Leverage sourcing techniques (job boards, social media, networking) to identify candidates.
• Conduct pre-screening interviews and coordinate with hiring managers for in-depth interviews.
• Build and maintain relationships with law schools and legal associations.
• Collaborate with hiring managers to understand needs of each position.
• Manage the entire recruitment process ensuring a positive candidate experience.
• Keep abreast with industry trends and market intelligence in legal recruitment.
• Attend career fairs and recruitment events.
• Other related duties.

Position Overview:

As a Legal Recruiter, you will play a pivotal role in driving our continued growth by identifying, attracting, and hiring top legal talent. If you are a proactive, self-motivated professional with exceptional communication skills and a passion for recruitment,

Location:

This role is located at our West Hollywood office and requires physical presence 5 days per week on-site.

Compensation:

$80,000 - $100,000 salary
