Job summary

Brooksource, part of Eight Eleven Group, is seeking a Recruiter to connect top technology and engineering professionals with opportunities that drive impact for clients. You will collaborate with the sales team to craft recruiting strategies, source and screen candidates, and guide them through interview and onboarding processes.

In this role, you will manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced, results-driven environment, maintain strong candidate relationships, and contribute to a culture

Responsibilities

• Build and grow a network of top professionals through sourcing and relationships.
• Partner with the sales team to understand client hiring needs and develop recruiting strategies.
• Source, screen, interview, and qualify candidates through phone, virtual, and in-person interviews.
• Match candidates with opportunities that align with their experience and career goals.
• Coach candidates through the interview process, including resume guidance and prep.
• Present qualified candidates to clients and manage communication throughout the hiring process.
• Provide onboarding and ongoing support to consultants throughout their assignments.
• Manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced, performance-driven environment.
• Consistently achieve recruiting activity and placement goals.

What You'll Do

As a Recruiter, you'll connect top professionals with opportunities where they can make an impact while helping our clients solve critical workforce challenges within technology and engineering. You'll build meaningful relationships with candidates, partner closely with our sales team, and create an exceptional experience throughout the recruiting process.

In this role, you will:
