Brooksource is seeking a Recruiter in the Detroit area to connect top technology and engineering professionals with leading client opportunities. You will source, screen, interview, and place candidates, while partnering with sales to tailor recruiting strategies and deliver an exceptional candidate experience.

The ideal candidate embraces a fast-paced environment, excels in building relationships, and demonstrates accountability.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required.
• Internship, leadership, athletics, or customer-facing experience preferred.
• Strong communication and relationship-building skills.

Responsibilities

• Build and grow a network of top professionals through sourcing, networking, and relationship-building.
• Partner with the sales team to understand client hiring needs and develop recruiting strategies.
• Source, screen, interview, and qualify candidates through phone, virtual, and in-person interviews.
• Match candidates with opportunities that align with their experience and career goals.
• Coach candidates through the interview process, including resume guidance, interview preparation, and offer negotiations.
• Present qualified candidates to clients and manage communication throughout the hiring process.
• Provide onboarding and ongoing support to consultants throughout their assignments.
• Manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced, performance-driven environment.
• Consistently achieve recruiting activity and placement goals.

What You'll Do

As a Recruiter, you'll connect top professionals with opportunities where they can make an impact while helping our clients solve critical workforce challenges within technology and engineering. You'll build meaningful relationships with candidates, partner closely with our sales team, and create an exceptional experience throughout the recruiting process.
