Job summary

Aston Carter is seeking a recruiter to manage full life cycle recruiting for Global Vehicle Engineering and Manufacturing Engineering teams in Warren, MI. You will handle intake calls, post requisitions, screen candidates, and coordinate interviews through to offer discussions, with independent partnership from intake to offer.

You will partner with interview coordinators, use AI-enabled interview tools, and drive offer negotiations.

Qualifications

• Approximately 3-5 years of full life cycle recruiting experience.
• Experience independently managing reqs and partnering with hiring managers.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities in a high-volume, changing environment.
• Bachelor's degree strongly preferred; relevant experience may be considered in lieu of a degree.
• Staffing agency and high-volume recruiting experience.

This role emphasizes independent, high-volume hiring manager partnership from intake through offer acceptance.

Pay and Benefits

The pay range for this position is $35.00 - $38.00/hr.

Individual compensation offered for this position within this range will depend on many factors, including qualifications, skills, relevant experience, job knowledge, geographic location, internal equity, and other pertinent job-related factors.
