What You’ll Do

• Talent Acquisition Source, recruit, and place candidates in industrial roles such as manufacturing, production, logistics, and skilled trades
• Build and maintain a strong pipeline of qualified candidates
• Client Partnership Work closely with clients to understand their hiring needs and deliver strategic staffing solutions Build long-term relationships that drive repeat business
• Candidate Experience Conduct interviews, screenings, and skill assessments Match candidates not just on skill—but on culture and long-term fit
• Market Expertise Stay informed on local market trends, pay ranges, and competitor activity Advise clients and candidates with confidence and credibility
• Process & Performance Manage the full recruiting cycle from sourcing to placement Continuously improve recruiting strategies and candidate experience
