ACA is seeking a Corporate Recruiter to manage full life cycle recruitment for multiple roles within assigned departments. The role emphasizes relationship-building with hiring managers, developing hiring plans, and delivering timely updates while managing candidate pipelines.
The position involves sourcing, screening, interviewing, offering, and paperwork, with a focus on meeting hiring goals and maintaining ACA brand standards in a professional office setting.
Corporate Recruiter 1 works with assigned departments and builds relationships with hiring managers to work through open needs. Leads full life cycle recruitment process for multiple roles (possibly high-volume teams) within ACA and is likely to find and manage their candidates through active sources opposed to passive candidate searches. There is some strategy development, but mostly this recruiter is executing on strategy previously set.
This position has no supervisory responsibilities.
This job operates in a professional office environment. This role routinely uses standard office equipment such as computers, phones, photocopiers, filing cabinets and fax machines.
This is a full-time position with a work schedule of Monday-Friday with some schedule variations as needed.
This position will require up to 10% travel.
