Job summary

ManpowerGroup is seeking a Recruiter III to support the Medical Device division within its Talent Acquisition team in Plano, TX. The role emphasizes strategic recruiting, strong communication, and proactive sourcing to build top candidate pools and deliver results.

You will collaborate with management to define roles, develop sourcing strategies, and manage the interview process from screen to offer, ensuring cultural fit and timely placements.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree or equivalent combination of education and work experience.
• Minimum of 2+ years of agency or in-house talent acquisition experience.
• Full-cycle recruitment experience of filling entry to mid-level roles.
• Proven ability to deliver significant candidate pools in a fast-paced, high-volume environment.
• Expertise in creating targeted job postings and leveraging social networks to attract candidates up to offer acceptance.
