Job summary

The Cheesecake Factory Bakery is hiring a Bakery Recruiter in California to lead full-cycle recruiting for production and professional roles across our bakeries and support center. You will partner with hiring managers to design pipelines, postings, and structured processes, while proactively sourcing top talent through multiple channels.

Responsibilities

• Conduct intake meetings with hiring managers to understand objectives, role requirements, team dynamics, competencies and timelines.
• Develop compelling job postings and structured selection processes with managers.
• Develop and execute sourcing strategies to identify and engage talent across departments.
• Manage full-cycle recruiting: sourcing, screening, interview coordination, offers, reference checks, onboarding support.
• Evaluate applicants for qualifications, career interests, cultural fit.
• Proactively source passive and active candidates through LinkedIn, Indeed Resume, referrals, and networking.
• Build and maintain robust talent pipelines for current and future hiring needs.
• Deliver a positive applicant experience through timely communication and smooth recruitment process management.
• Track recruiting activity and provide market insights to leaders to improve outcomes.

$85,000 - $94,000 / Year

As a Bakery Recruiter, you will leverage technology, creative sourcing strategies, and strong relationship-building skills to attract and hire top talent across a variety of professional and production roles within both of our Bakeries and Support Center. Partnering closely with hiring managers and business leaders, you will lead the full-cycle recruiting process, build strong talent pipelines, and help deliver the exceptional applicant experience that supports our continued growth and success.

• Conduct intake meetings with hiring managers to understand business objectives, role requirements, team dynamics, required competencies, and hiring timelines.
• Partner closely with hiring managers and business leaders to develop compelling job postings and structured selection processes that support effective hiring decisions.
• Develop and execute sourcing strategies to identify and engage high-quality talent across a variety of departments and experience levels.
• Manage the full-cycle recruiting process, including sourcing, screening, interview coordination, applicant communication, offer development, reference checks, and onboarding support.
• Evaluate and prescreen applicants to assess qualifications, experience, career interests, cultural alignment, and overall fit for the role and organization.
• Proactively source passive and active candidates through LinkedIn, Indeed Resume, job boards, networking, referrals, talent communities, and other recruiting channels.
• Build and maintain robust talent pipelines for current and future hiring needs, ensuring a steady flow of qualified applicants.
• Deliver a positive applicant experience through consistent communication, timely follow-up, and effective management of the recruitment process.
• Partner with internal stakeholders and external networks, professional organizations, and industry groups to attract top talent and strengthen employer brand awareness.
• Track recruiting activity and hiring metrics, provide market and talent insights to leaders, and identify opportunities to improve recruiting processes and outcomes.

What we require:

• 4+ years of full-cycle recruiting experience, preferably supporting corporate, professional, or exempt-level positions.
• Bachelor's degree.
• Demonstrated ability to be meticulously detailed.
• Strong ability to influence and partner with leaders at all levels while effectively managing priorities in a fast-paced environment.
• Proven ability to build strong relationships with applicants, hiring managers, and business stakeholders.
• Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple requisitions and competing priorities simultaneously.
• Excellent written, verbal, and interpersonal communication skills.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications, including Excel, Word, PowerPoint, and Outlook.
• Experience utilizing Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) and other recruiting technologies to manage applicant pipelines and hiring activity.
• Strong sourcing and talent identification skills, including experience leveraging LinkedIn Recruiter, Indeed Resume, referrals, and networking strategies.
• Ability to analyze recruiting metrics and market trends to influence hiring strategies and drive successful talent acquisition outcomes
