Job summary

The Cheesecake Factory Bakery in Calabasas, CA seeks a Bakery Recruiter to lead full-cycle recruiting across two bakeries and a support center. You will build talent pipelines and deliver an exceptional applicant experience that supports growth.

You will partner with hiring managers, craft compelling postings, source candidates, coordinate interviews, and guide offers and onboarding. Strong communication and sourcing skills are essential for success in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• 4+ years of full-cycle recruiting experience.
• Bachelor's degree.

Responsibilities

• Conduct intake meetings with hiring managers to understand objectives, role requirements, team dynamics, and timelines.
• Develop job postings and structured selection processes with hiring managers.
• Develop and execute sourcing strategies to identify high-quality talent.
• Manage full-cycle recruiting: sourcing, screening, interview coordination, applicant comms, offers, references, onboarding support.
• Evaluate applicants for qualifications, experience, and cultural fit.
• Proactively source passive and active candidates through multiple channels.
• Build and maintain robust talent pipelines for current and future needs.
• Deliver a positive applicant experience with timely communication and effective process management.
• Collaborate with internal and external networks to attract top talent and strengthen employer brand.
• Track recruiting activity and provide market insights to leaders.

The Bakery Recruiter will leverage technology, creative sourcing strategies, and strong relationship-building skills to attract and hire top talent across a variety of professional and production roles within both of our Bakeries and Support Center. Partnering closely with hiring managers and business leaders, you will lead the full-cycle recruiting process, build strong talent pipelines, and help deliver the exceptional applicant experience that supports our continued growth and success.

Here’s more of what you’ll get to do:

• Conduct intake meetings with hiring managers to understand business objectives, role requirements, team dynamics, required competencies, and hiring timelines.
• Partner closely with hiring managers and business leaders to develop compelling job postings and structured selection processes that support effective hiring decisions.
• Develop and execute sourcing strategies to identify and engage high-quality talent across a variety of departments and experience levels.
• Manage the full-cycle recruiting process, including sourcing, screening, interview coordination, applicant communication, offer development, reference checks, and onboarding support.
• Evaluate and prescreen applicants to assess qualifications, experience, career interests, cultural alignment, and overall fit for the role and organization.
• Proactively source passive and active candidates through LinkedIn, Indeed Resume, job boards, networking, referrals, talent communities, and other recruiting channels.
• Build and maintain robust talent pipelines for current and future hiring needs, ensuring a steady flow of qualified applicants.
• Deliver a positive applicant experience through consistent communication, timely follow-up, and effective management of the recruitment process.
• Partner with internal stakeholders and external networks, professional organizations, and industry groups to attract top talent and strengthen employer brand awareness.
• Track recruiting activity and hiring metrics, provide market and talent insights to leaders, and identify opportunities to improve recruiting processes and outcomes.

What we require:

• 4+ years of full-cycle recruiting experience, preferably supporting corporate, professional, or exempt-level positions.
• Bachelor's degree.
• Demonstrated ability to be meticulously detailed.
• Strong ability to influence and partner with leaders at all levels while effectively managing priorities in a fast-paced environment.
• Proven ability to build strong relationships with applicants, hiring managers, and business stakeholders.
• Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple requisitions and competing priorities simultaneously.
• Excellent written, verbal, and interpersonal communication skills.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications, including Excel, Word, PowerPoint, and Outlook.
• Experience utilizing Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) and other recruiting technologies to manage applicant pipelines and hiring activity.
• Strong sourcing and talent identification skills, including experience leveraging LinkedIn Recruiter, Indeed Resume, referrals, and networking strategies.
• Ability to analyze recruiting metrics and market trends to influence hiring strategies and drive successful talent acquisition outcomes
