Job summary

The part-time Recruiter performs a variety of duties related to the recruitment and hiring of seasonal, full-time, and part-time staff. The position handles high volume hiring and requires individuals to operate independently.

This position is expected to require approximately 4-20 hours per week, primarily remote. There will also be approximately 2-5 required in-person shifts throughout the season in Santa Clara, CA.

• Sources candidates for seasonal part-time positions.
• Schedules and coordinates interviews.

• Coordinates with hiring managers for interviews.

Education and Experience:

• 0-1 years of relevant work experience; or an equivalent combination of education and experience.
• Experience with high-volume hiring or staffing is strongly desired.
• Experience with Microsoft Suite, including Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint & Word.

Physical Demands and Work Environment:

The employee must be available to work at local events in person.

Work is part-time, and shifts are either 9:00 am to 1:00 pm or 12:00 pm to 4:00 pm.
