Job summary

Acara Solutions, An Aleron Company, is seeking a driven Recruiter to manage the full-cycle recruitment process. You will source, screen, and place qualified candidates while partnering with hiring managers to meet business hiring needs.

You will proactively source candidates through job boards, referrals, and outreach, conduct phone screens, and maintain strong candidate communication through onboarding, aiming to meet key hiring metrics.

Qualifications

• Experience managing full recruiting lifecycle from intake to offer.
• Proven ability to source and screen candidates efficiently.
• Familiarity with ATS/CRM systems and job boards.

Responsibilities

• Manage recruiting: intake, sourcing, screening, interviewing, and offer coordination
• Partner with hiring managers to understand job requirements and hiring priorities
• Proactively source candidates through job boards, referrals, networking, and outreach
• Conduct phone screens and candidate evaluations to assess qualifications and fit
• Maintain consistent communication with candidates throughout the hiring process
• Submit qualified candidates with clear, concise summaries
• Track recruiting activity and maintain accurate records in the ATS/CRM
• Ensure a positive candidate experience from initial contact through onboarding
• Meet or exceed fill rate, time-to-fill, and activity metrics
