Meritum Energy is seeking a dedicated Recruiter to join the Talent Acquisition team. The role covers full-cycle recruiting and onboarding across the company, including DOT-regulated driving positions.

You will source, screen, and interview candidates, coordinating with hiring managers to ensure a smooth process from first contact to day one. The ideal candidate has experience with high-volume hiring, strong communication skills, and the ability to build solid pipelines.

Formación

• Bachelor's degree in HR or related field or minimum 2 years recruiting experience.
• Experience with an applicant tracking system (ATS).
• High-volume recruiting experience preferred.

Responsabilidades

• Manage full-cycle recruiting for requisitions across the company, including DOT-regulated driving positions.
• Build and maintain candidate pipelines through job boards, CDL schools, job fairs, referrals, and industry outreach.
• Partner with senior recruiters to develop and execute recruiting plans based on needs.
• Source, screen, and conduct phone interviews with candidates; coordinate interviews with hiring managers.
• Review DOT driver applications and coordinate pre-employment requirements.
• Create, post, and manage job advertisements internally and externally.
• Facilitate the offer and onboarding process including background checks and DOT reviews when applicable.
• Maintain accurate ATS records; report requisition progress to hiring managers.

Partnering closely with the Senior Recruiter, this role owns full-cycle recruiting and onboarding for requisitions across the company and multiple operating regions, including DOT-regulated driving positions.This role sources, screens, and hires qualified candidates while ensuring strict adherence to DOT, FMCSA, and company compliance standards.
