Job summary

Jobtailor is seeking a recruiting professional in Salt Lake City to partner with hiring managers, proactively source top talent, and manage the full recruitment lifecycle from initial contact to offer. You will maintain candidate records in ATS and build strong relationships with candidates and external partners.

The role requires 2+ years in recruitment, strong sourcing skills, and excellent communication and negotiation abilities.

Qualifications

• Minimum 2 years of recruitment experience, preferably in technical or water and wastewater field.
• Proven success in sourcing and recruiting qualified candidates.
• Strong knowledge of recruitment processes, techniques, and best practices.
• Excellent communication, interpersonal, and negotiation skills.
• Ability to work independently and manage multiple projects.
• Proficient in ATS and other recruiting software.
• Willing to travel.
• Background screening and drug-free workplace requirements.
• May be required to complete post-offer physical and site background check.
