Wharton-Smith, Inc. is seeking a Civil Recruiter to lead full-cycle recruitment for engineers, project managers, estimators, and craft professionals in water and wastewater construction.
You will partner with hiring managers to plan pipelines and develop targeted sourcing strategies, while maintaining an active candidate flow for current and future projects. You will screen, interview, and assess candidates, coordinate interviews, and lead offers.
The Civil Recruiter is responsible for leading full-cycle recruiting efforts focused on attracting, engaging, and hiring top talent within the water and wastewater construction sector. This role partners closely with hiring managers and leadership to support strategic hiring initiatives across field operations, project management, engineering, and corporate functions.
The ideal candidate has experience recruiting in construction, preferably civil, utilities, or water/wastewater—and understands the urgency, competitiveness, and technical nature of the industry.
