• Demonstrated expertise using applicant tracking systems such as Greenhouse, Lever, or Workday.
• Strong proficiency in boolean sourcing, market mapping, and engaging passive talent via LinkedIn Recruiter.
• Exceptional stakeholder management and communication skills with the ability to advise hiring managers.
• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
• Bonus: Experience recruiting specialized engineering talent or scaling teams across remote environments.

• Partner with engineering and people-operations leaders to define role competencies and calibrate evaluation rubrics
• Drive candidate engagement, ensuring clear communication and a seamless interview experience throughout the funnel
• Track and analyze recruitment metrics including time-to-fill, source effectiveness, and conversion rates
• Facilitate debrief sessions and lead decision-making discussions with hiring panels
