Job summary

CCS Facility Services is seeking a bilingual Recruiter (Spanish/English) to recruit in a fast-paced environment in the Phoenix area. The role requires strong organizational skills and the ability to attract candidates through social media and job fairs.

The position is full-time, in-person at Phoenix, AZ, with pay depending on experience. The candidate should be comfortable with HRIS/on-boarding systems and standard office software.

Qualifications

• Bilingual in Spanish and English required.
• Minimum 1 year of recruiting experience.
• Solid communication skills, both written and verbal.

Responsibilities

• Identify and use all recruiting tools including social media and job boards.
• Network within the community to attract candidates.
• Manage scheduling and onboarding tasks using TEAMS and HRIS.

Job Summary

RECRUITER Experienced with recruiting in a fast-paced environment. The right individual will need high energy, excellent organizational skills and a team player who can thrive at managing and attracting candidates through social media channels and hosting Job Fairs. Office setting for areas of Phoenix/Tempe. (40th street & Broadway Rd.)

Key Responsibilities

Duties

• The knowledge to proactively identify and use all available recruiting tools including social media, and job board, working with career advisors, etc.

• Networking within the community and via the web to establish avenues to bring in the right talent.

Field Recruiting

• Utilize HRIS/ Recruiting and On-boarding Systems. Responsible with processing confidential and sensitive information Understanding of employment law as it applies to recruitment. Manages scheduling using TEAMS and HRIS (Workday) Schedule – Monday – Friday

Requirements

• BILINGUAL Recruiter (Spanish/English)
• An individual with one year of experience of recruiting candidates
• Experience with using HRIS/ Recruiting and On-boarding Systems.
• The ability to network and establish contacts to attract candidates.
• Must be very organized with an ability to manage multiple priorities.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills. (BILINGUAL)
• Familiar with Microsoft TEAMS, Word and Excel.
