Job summary

Valley Tree Care in Phoenix, AZ is seeking a hands-on Recruiter to help build and maintain our staffing pipeline. You will create and manage job listings across platforms, screen resumes, and conduct phone screenings while coordinating interviews with management.

Responsibilities also include building recruiting processes, emailing offers, and assisting onboarding. This full-time role requires a professional, organized, and self-driven individual with a strong work ethic.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent.
• Monday - Friday, 40 hours a week. Flexible schedule.
• Able to communicate clearly and effectively with candidates and management.
• Ability to multitask and problem-solve in a fast-paced environment.

About the position

Compensation

$19-22 an hour, based on experience
