Job summary

Valley Tree Care LLC in Phoenix, AZ is seeking a motivated Recruiter to support staffing for our growing tree care team. You will create, post and manage job listings, screen resumes and conduct phone interviews, collaborating with management to meet hiring goals.

The role runs Monday–Friday, 40 hours per week, with an hourly rate of $19–$22 based on experience. Benefits include PTO, 401(k) match, medical and dental insurance, and paid company holidays.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent.
• Monday - Friday, 40 hours a week. Flexible schedule.
• Qualities: organized, professional, task-oriented, confident in decision making, reliable, and self-driven with a strong work ethic.
• Able to communicate clearly and effectively with candidates and management
• Ability to multitask and problem-solve in a fast-paced environment

Responsibilities

• Work closely with management to ensure staffing goals are met
• Create, post and manage job listings cross platforms
• Utilize platforms like Indeed, CareerPlug, FaceBook and others
• Assess resumes based on relevant experience
• Conduct phone screening interviews and keep detailed notes in a spreadsheet
• Schedule interviews across multiple calendars and manage candidate communication
• Build and maintain recruiting processes
• Email offer letters and assist in the onboarding process
