Should also be able to attract candidates using various sources, like social media networks, job boards, and employee referrals.**Functions*** Utilize job boards, applicant tracking systems, and other resources to proactively source exempt and non-exempt roles* Partner with assigned hiring managers to achieve recruitment objectives while providing superior client service* Screen and interview applicants to ensure they meet the requirements of open roles and have an in-depth understanding of associated duties and responsibilities* Schedule interviews with qualified candidates and support hiring managers/ candidates through the application process* Ensure all required documentation/data is recorded in the applicant tracking system in a timely, accurate manner* Manage multiple openings in a fast-paced environment while meeting aggressive hiring timelines* Assist with administering recruitment procedures, metrics, and tools to deliver an efficient, effective process and ensure positive hiring manager and candidate experiences* Other duties as assigned.**Supervisory Responsibilities**No supervisory responsibilities**Reporting Relationship**This position will be reported to the Human Resources Manager**Requirements*** Associate degree in Human Resources (HR), Business Administration, or a related field, plus three to five years’ experience required as a Recruiter. An equivalent combination of education and experience may be considered* Excellent verbal and written communication skills* Ability to manage multiple priorities while providing exceptional experience for hiring managers and candidates* Strong candidate generation skills* Working knowledge of MS Office and applicant tracking systems* Must be detail-oriented and have strong organizational skills* Prior experience working in a remote environment is preferred**Working Conditions**This position is considered OFFICE WORK which is characterized as follows.* Almost exclusively indoors during the day and occasionally at night* Occasional exposure to airborne dust in the workplace* Worksurface is stable (flat)**Physical Activity/Requirements**The physical demands described here are representative of those that must be met by an employee to successfully perform the essential functions of this job.
