Job summary

Steadily Insurance Company is seeking a Recruiter to own full-cycle recruiting across a wide range of roles and help scale a fast-growing, Series C company. This is a fully in-office role in Overland Park, KS, offering top-of-market salary plus equity and the opportunity to shape hiring across sales, insurance product, claims, and customer experience.

You’ll partner with hiring managers, build pipelines, and use data to continuously improve processes while delivering an exceptional candidate

Qualifications

• 4+ years of full-cycle recruiting experience, ideally in a fast-paced or startup environment.
• Strong communicator with ability to influence candidates.
• Detail-oriented with high standards for candidate experience and organization.
• Data-driven & tech-savvy with recruiting tools and analytics.
• Self-starter with ownership and urgency and startup mindset.

• Own full-cycle recruiting: source, screen, interview, and close candidates across multiple functions.
• Build top-of-funnel pipeline through outbound sourcing and optimized job postings.
• Optimize recruiting channels to maximize applicant quality and efficiency.

• Drive process improvements using data, metrics, and recruiting technology.

Steadily is hiring a Recruiter to own full-cycle recruiting across a wide range of roles and help scale a fast-growing, Series C company. This is a high-impact position where your hires will directly shape the trajectory of the business.

We hire top talent nationwide - and you’ll play a critical role in identifying, engaging, and closing exceptional candidates across sales, insurance product, claims, customer experience, etc.

This is a fully in-office role in Overland Park, KS, designed for someone who thrives in a fast-paced, highly collaborative environment.

What You’ll Do

• Own full-cycle recruiting: source, screen, interview, and close candidates across multiple functions.
• Build top-of-funnel pipeline through outbound sourcing, creative outreach, and optimized job postings.
• Optimize recruiting channels (job boards, sponsored ads, sourcing tools) to maximize applicant quality and efficiency.
• Deliver an exceptional candidate experience from first touch to offer.
• Partner with hiring managers to define role requirements and hiring strategy.
• Drive process improvements using data, metrics, and recruiting technology.
• Act as a brand ambassador—get candidates genuinely excited about joining Steadily.

• Data-driven & tech-savvy: Comfortable using recruiting tools, analytics, and systems to improve outcomes.
