Job summary

Green Key Resources in New York is seeking a recruiter with 3-5 years of full-cycle recruiting experience, focusing on healthcare roles, and strong sourcing and relationship-building skills.

Onsite in NYC 3-4 days per week, hours 9am-5pm. You will manage end-to-end recruitment for Physical Therapist roles, develop proactive sourcing strategies, collaborate with hiring managers, and analyze metrics to meet hiring targets.

Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Analyze recruitment metrics to optimize strategies and achieve hiring targets.
• Provide insights on market trends, candidate expectations, and competitor activities.
• Contribute to the team’s success by sharing best practices and innovative ideas.

Recruiter Job Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree is preferred.
• 3–5 years of full-cycle recruiting experience, preferably in a high-volume environment.
• Proven expertise in proactive sourcing and outbound recruiting methods.
• Strong sales and negotiation skills with a track record of successful placements.
• Ability to build and maintain relationships with candidates and hiring managers.
• Experience with ATS management and data-driven recruitment strategies.
• Healthcare recruitment experience is preferred but not required.
