TEKsystems is seeking driven recruiters to join our Milwaukee-based team, offering a competitive base salary plus uncapped commission and the chance to build deep market expertise.

As a Recruiter, you will identify, recruit, and place top technology talent, build lasting relationships with consultants, and advise hiring leaders on market trends and compensation. This is an onsite, permanent role in Milwaukee, WI.

• Advising hiring leaders and account teams on talent availability, market trends, compensation benchmarking, and hiring strategies
• Negotiating compensation packages and managing the offer process
• Becoming a recognized expert within your technology or industry specialization
• Leveraging market intelligence and recruiting analytics to drive successful hiring outcomes

What You'll Do As a Recruiter, you’ll act as a trusted advisor to both technology professionals and business leaders, helping organizations build high-performing teams while creating life-changing career opportunities for consultants.

The pay range for this position is $50000.00 - $65000.00/yr.
