Job summary

The Reisner Group in Milwaukee is seeking a Recruiter to join our hybrid team serving retail, restaurant, and hospitality clients. You will identify strong operators and connect them with the right opportunities while helping launch our new recruiting SaaS platform.

This role blends sourcing, outreach, interviewing, and pipeline building. You’ll work in a fast-paced, performance-driven environment, manage candidate relationships daily, and collaborate with the sales team to meet client hiring

Qualifications

• Experience in recruiting, hiring, talent acquisition, or sales.
• Restaurant or retail management experience is highly valued.
• Strong sourcing and talent-identification skills.
• Proficient with LinkedIn and online recruiting platforms.
• Excellent organization and follow-up skills.
• Comfortable with outbound outreach and candidate engagement.
• Proficient with Microsoft Office and Google Workspace.

Responsibilities

• Source and identify qualified candidates for direct-hire opportunities.
• Build and maintain pipelines for current and future openings.
• Develop targeted sourcing lists and conduct candidate outreach.
• Source candidates through LinkedIn, Indeed, and other recruiting platforms.
• Screen and interview candidates to evaluate experience, leadership capabilities, and fit.
• Qualify or reject candidates based on interviews, resumes, and client requirements.
• Maintain accurate and up-to-date candidate documentation within the ATS.
• Develop and test candidate outreach templates and sourcing strategies.
• Partner with the sales team to understand client hiring needs and priorities.
• Build and maintain recruiting datasets using Excel and Google Sheets.
• Conduct workshops for students, athletes, veterans, and other job seekers.

Job description

The Reisner Group is growing and looking for a Recruiter to join our Milwaukee team. We specialize in recruiting within the retail, restaurant, and hospitality industries, and we're looking for someone who understands how to identify strong operators and connect them with the right opportunities.

We're also entering an exciting stage of growth with the launch of our new recruiting SaaS platform, designed to modernize how candidates are sourced, evaluated, and connected with employers.

This is a hybrid position based in the Greater Milwaukee area (53202) and offers a base salary of $40,000-$55,000 and $18,000-$36,000 commission.

Who We're Looking For

We're especially interested in candidates who have experience in recruiting, hiring, talent acquisition, as well as former restaurant or retail managers who understand operations, leadership, and what makes a strong management candidate.

The ideal person is highly organized, comfortable with outbound sourcing and outreach, persistent with follow-up, and motivated by measurable results. You should be comfortable speaking with candidates every day and working in a fast-paced, performance-driven environment.

Qualifications

• Previous experience in recruiting, hiring, talent acquisition, or sales preferred
• Restaurant or retail management experience is strongly valued
• Strong sourcing and talent-identification skills
• Strong organizational and follow-up skills
• Comfortable with outbound outreach and candidate engagement
• Experience with Microsoft Office and Google Workspace
• Familiarity with LinkedIn and online recruiting platforms
• High-energy, results-oriented mindset
• Demonstrated ability to work toward goals, KPIs, or quotas
