Candidate Experience & EngagementCreate compelling candidate journeys by personalizing outreach and communication.Build strong, ongoing pipelines and nurture long-term relationships with both active and passive candidates.Tell the Lennar story with authenticity—helping candidates understand the culture, opportunity, and impact. 3. Operational Excellence & Tech AdoptionUse data and KPIs to track performance, diagnose roadblocks, and refine recruiting strategies.Navigate and optimize recruiting systems, including Workday and Paradox, to increase efficiency and scalability.Embrace automation and AI as tools to improve your impact and simplify the recruiter workload. 4.
