We are seeking a collaborative, strategic, and culture-focused Sr. Manager, Human Resources to serve as a trusted HR Business Partner for HR4HR, the team responsible for delivering HR programs and support to Lennar's own HR organization. In this role, you will partner closely with senior HR leaders, including Directors, Sr. Directors, Vice Presidents, and the CHRO, to drive talent, culture, performance, organizational effectiveness, and associate engagement initiatives across the function. The ideal candidate is a highly credible advisor who thrives in a fast-paced environment and can successfully navigate complex and highly sensitive people matters with exceptional discretion and sound judgment. This individual will serve as a trusted coach to leaders and people managers, providing strategic counsel and practical guidance on talent development, performance management, organizational change, and associate relations. Success in this role requires the ability to influence at all levels of the organization, build meaningful partnerships, and champion the continued growth and upskilling of HR talent while fostering a culture of accountability, development, and excellence.
This is primarily a sedentary office position which requires the incumbent to have the ability to operate computer equipment, speak, hear, bend, stoop, reach, lift, and move and carry up to 25 lbs.
