Job summary

ProTrans Recruiter position in Texas seeks a candidate to attract, source, interview, and select qualified candidates across the organization. You will work with hiring managers to understand staffing needs and develop strategies to build a diverse pipeline, managing requisitions from intake through offer using the ATS.

The role requires 0–2 years of recruiting experience, familiarity with ATS (ADP preferred), strong analytical abilities, meticulous documentation, and bilingual English/Spanish.

Responsibilities

• Manage full-cycle recruiting for hourly, driver, and salaried professional roles, from requisition intake through offer and onboarding handoff.
• Source, screen, and interview candidates using the ATS and other sourcing tools.
• Maintain accurate, up-to-date candidate and requisition records in the ATS, ensuring data integrity and compliance.
• Partner with hiring managers to build job postings, screening criteria, and interview processes.
• Track and report recruiting metrics using ATS reporting tools to support hiring managers and HR leadership.

Position Summary

Confers with hiring managers to understand staffing needs and develops recruitment strategies to build a strong, diverse candidate pipeline. The Recruiter manages requisitions from intake through offer using the company's Applicant Tracking System (ATS), ensuring accurate, timely, and compliant records throughout the hiring process. In this role, the Recruiter contributes to ProTrans International's broader operational goals across its U.S. and Mexico locations.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage full-cycle recruiting for hourly, driver, and salaried professional roles, from requisition intake through offer and onboarding handoff
• Source, screen, and interview candidates using the company's Applicant Tracking System (ATS), preferably ADP, and other sourcing tools and platforms
• Maintain accurate, up-to-date candidate and requisition records in the ATS, ensuring data integrity and compliance with company and regulatory standards
• Partner with hiring managers to build effective job postings, screening criteria, and interview processes for both hourly/driver and professional roles
• Track and report recruiting metrics (time-to-fill, pipeline health, source effectiveness) using ATS reporting tools to support hiring managers and HR leadership

Minimum Requirements

• 0–2 years of recruiting or talent acquisition experience, supporting hourly/driver and/or salaried professional roles
• Familiarity with Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS); experience with ADP preferred
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
• Excellent attention to detail and documentation ability
• Bilingual English/Spanish required

Education And Experience

• Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business, or related field, or an equivalent combination of education and experience (2 - 4 Years)
