Job summary

Uline is opening a new Connecticut facility and seeking a Recruiter to support staffing for our 1.3 million-square-foot Plainfield warehouse. This on-site role offers a salary range of $68,000 to $100,000 per year, plus a $5,000 new hire bonus and comprehensive benefits including health insurance and a 401(k) with employer match.

• Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business or a related field.
• 3+ years of HR recruitment / talent acquisition experience.
• Knowledge of Applicant Tracking Systems and Microsoft Office.

• Build and maintain relationships with recruiting agencies, universities and other talent organizations.

Minimum Requirements

• Travel to recruitment events and Uline's North American locations for initial training.
