We are seeking an Associate Recruiter in Mechanicsburg, PA to execute recruiting plans and manage the end-to-end candidate lifecycle. In this role, you will screen resumes, conduct phone screens, administer assessments, schedule interviews, and extend offers.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s Degree or commensurate experience considered.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Track record of success in a metrics-driven environment.

Responsibilities

• Execute recruiting tasks for Skilled Trades and Sales & Support within Regional Recruiting.
• Manage the entire candidate life cycle from sourcing to offers.
• Review resumes to identify potential and conduct phone screens.
• Send assessments to candidates via The Predictive Index System.
• Schedule interviews and extend verbal and written offers.
• Hit KPI targets as designated by leadership to maintain headcounts.

Mechanicsburg, PA (ONSITE)

Schedule

Monday-Friday 8:00am - 5:00pm

Purpose Of Position

As a Associate Recruiter at West Shore Home, you will be tasked with executing recruiting plans developed by Talent Acquisition Leadership, to ensure all job requisitions are fulfilled in a timely manner.

Key Role Accountabilities

• Execute recruiting tasks as assigned for the Skilled Trades and Sales & Support side of Regional Recruiting.
• Manage the entire candidate life cycle.
  • Review resumes to identify potential.
  • Conduct phone screens to identify candidates who match the requirements of the role.
  • Send assessments to candidates through The Predictive Index System.
  • Schedule successful applicants for interviews with hiring managers.
  • Extend verbal and written offers to selected candidates.
• Accountable to hitting KPI’s designated by Regional Operations Recruiting Manager and Director of Talent as necessary to maintain business-needed headcounts.

Must-Have Requirements

• Bachelor’s Degree. Commensurate customer service and/or recruiting experience will be considered ILO Degree.
• Demonstrated ability to work well independently and as part of a team.
• A track record of success working in a metrics driven environment.
