Job summary

Lauren’s Institute for Education (L.I.F.E.) in Gilbert, AZ seeks a recruiter to manage the full recruitment process, from postings to interviews and references checks, ensuring timely hires that fit the organization’s needs.

You will conduct interviews, prepare offers, onboard new hires, and maintain ATS records while upholding privacy and compliance. The role includes representing LIFE at job fairs and networking events, with generous benefits.

Qualifications

  • High school diploma or equivalent.
  • Valid Level One Fingerprint Clearance Card or eligibility to obtain.
  • Basic knowledge of recruitment processes and MS Office.
  • 1-3 years of recruiting, HR, or administrative experience.

Responsibilities

  • Assist full recruitment process: postings, resume reviews, interviews, and references.
  • Hire quality talent aligned to roles and organizational needs, ensuring timely process.
  • Meet deadlines and hiring cycle demands in a timely, organized manner.
  • Assist with candidate interviews (phone, virtual, in-person) using evaluation criteria.
  • Prepare and send offer letters, onboarding communications, and required docs.
  • Assist onboarding processes and orientation to meet policies and documentation.
  • Represent LIFE at job fairs, hiring events, and networking opportunities.
  • Maintain ACCURATE ATS records and recruitment reports.
  • Support leadership with onboarding data and staff staffing presentations.

Employees must be able to:Sit, communicate, and remain attentive to surroundings for extended periodsOccasionally stand, walk, bend, kneel, or reach as part of daily responsibilitiesLift and move up to 50 pounds when assisting consumers with mobility, transfers, equipment, or program materialsPush or move items up to 50 pounds, such as wheelchairs, furniture, or suppliesMaintain adequate vision (close, distance, and peripheral) to complete job-related tasks safely and effectively
