Mader Group in Fort Collins, CO is hiring a Recruiter to hire blue-collar talent across the U.S. in a fast-paced environment, building relationships with candidates and collaborating with operations and hiring managers on mining, construction, and heavy equipment projects.

Responsibilities include sourcing, screening, coordinating interviews, managing job ads, building pipelines, and supporting onboarding and process improvements, with a focus on timely hires and candidate experience.

Qualifications

• Previous recruitment or talent acquisition experience
• Strong communication skills and good people instincts
• Ability to manage multiple roles concurrently without dropping the ball
• Comfortable speaking with blue-collar workers, mechanics, and operational teams
• Organized, proactive, and self-sufficient
• Experience in mining, construction, industrial, transport, or trades recruitment is highly regarded

Responsibilities

• Source and recruit candidates for skilled trades and heavy equipment roles (e.g., mining, construction, heavy equipment)
• Conduct phone screens and coordinate interview schedules
• Manage job ads across Indeed and other platforms
• Build and maintain talent pipelines beyond active applicants
• Collaborate with operations teams to assess workforce needs
• Manage candidate communications from first contact through onboarding
• Coordinate onboarding tasks including background checks, medicals, travel, and compliance
• Keep recruiting systems and candidate records up to date
• Support hiring campaigns, referrals, and recruitment events
• Contribute to process improvements and faster hiring cycles
