Product Connections, part of Acosta Group, is seeking a recruiter to source, engage, and screen candidates while partnering with hiring managers to fill roles. You will manage the candidate experience, post ads, and track recruiting metrics.

• Utilize creative sourcing strategies, including Boolean searches and passive candidate outreach.
• Post and manage job advertisements across multiple platforms.
• Maintain accurate candidate records and recruiting activity within the applicant tracking system.
• Participate in hiring events, job fairs, and other recruiting initiatives.
• Track recruiting metrics and maintain required documentation.
• Support special projects and other talent acquisition initiatives as assigned.
