Job summary

Crown Equipment Corporation is seeking a Recruiter to manage full-cycle recruiting for service roles in Dallas, TX. You will partner with HR to forecast staffing needs, source candidates across multiple channels, and screen resumes and interviews to select top talent.

The role requires 2–4 years of recruiting experience, strong interviewing and negotiation skills, and the ability to handle multiple requisitions in a fast-paced environment. Onsite work and 5–10% travel are required.

Qualifications

• 2–4 years of full-cycle recruiting experience in a corporate or agency environment.
• Must be able to work onsite in Dallas, Texas.
• Must be able to travel 5–10%.
• Proven ability to manage multiple requisitions and meet hiring deadlines.
• Strong interviewing, negotiation, and relationship-building skills.
• Experience with Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) and sourcing tools (e.g., LinkedIn Recruiter).
• Excellent communication and organizational skills.
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

• Track recruiting metrics and provide insights to improve hiring outcomes.
• Ensure compliance with company policies and employment laws.
• Support employer branding and talent pipeline initiatives.

• Professional certification (e.g., SHRM-CP, PHR) is a plus
