Job summary

Uline is hiring a Facilities Specialist for our new Connecticut warehouse in Plainfield. Pay ranges from $29 to $36 per hour, with a $5,000 signing bonus for new hires. This on-site role supports daily maintenance of the facility, ensuring a clean, safe, and efficient work environment.

You will perform routine maintenance, manage HVAC, electrical, plumbing systems, and assist with space planning. The position requires high school diploma, 3+ years maintenance experience, and a valid driver's

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• 3+ years of maintenance experience in plumbing, electrical, large-scale HVAC or carpentry.
• Able to lift and move up to 70 lbs and troubleshoot effectively.
• Valid driver's license.

Responsibilities

• Perform routine maintenance and work on minor building, painting and alteration projects.
• Maintain electrical lighting, large-scale HVAC and generator systems.
• Adjust, maintain and repair exterior and interior doors and locks.
• Inspect and test fire protection systems.
• Maintain plumbing fixtures and repair restroom facilities.
• Install and reconfigure office workstations and repair furniture and woodwork.
