Full-Cycle Recruiting & Talent Acquisition
- Manage thefull recruitment lifecycle (sourcing, screening, interviewing, hiring, onboarding).
- Build andmaintaintalent pipelines for high-volume and hard-to-fill roles.
- Source candidates using job boards, social media, referrals, and community outreach.
- Deliver a strongcandidate experiencethat fosters engagement starting throughout the hiring process.
Hiring Manager Partnership
- Partner with hiring managers to understandworkforce needs and staffing goals.
- Provide insights onlabor market trends, candidate quality, and hiring strategies.
- Coordinate interviews and supportselection and hiring decisions.
Compliance, Reporting & Process Management
- Ensure compliance withEEO, employment laws, and hiring regulations.
- Track and reportrecruiting metrics (time-to-fill, applicant flow, hires, etc.).
- Manage offers, background checks, andpre-employment processes.
Community Engagement & Employer Branding
- Represent Goodwill atjob fairs, hiring events, and community partnerships.
- Develop relationships withworkforce agencies, nonprofits, and local talent pipelines.
- Promote employer brand through outreach and networking.
Qualifications
Education & Experience
- 1–3+ years of recruiting, talent acquisition, or HR experience.
- Experience inhigh-volume or retail recruiting preferred.
- Equivalent combination of education and experience considered.
Skills & Competencies
- Knowledgeofemployment law, compliance, and hiring best practices.
- Strongcommunication, interpersonal, and relationship-building skills.
- Ability to managemultiple requisitions and priorities simultaneously.
- Experience withApplicant Tracking Systems (ATS) and HR systems.
- ProficiencyinMicrosoft Office (Excel, Word, Outlook).
- Strongorganization, time management, and decision-making skills
Work Environment
- Office-based role with moderate noise levels.
- Regular interaction with candidates, hiring managers, and community partners.
- Participation in off-siterecruiting events and job fairs.
