Job summary

Pease Bell, a boutique public accounting firm with offices in Ohio, Florida, and New Jersey, is seeking a Recruiter to lead all aspects of talent acquisition for experienced professionals and campus recruits. The role covers strategy, sourcing, interviewing, and hiring across multi-office operations.

You will drive recruiting strategies, train hiring teams, coordinate interview logistics, and manage campus relations and internship pipelines while leveraging ATS and analytics to report hiring

About the Role

We're looking for a Recruiter to lead and manage all aspects of talent acquisition for our rapidly growing, multi-office CPA firm. This role owns the full recruiting lifecycle, from strategy and sourcing through interviewing and hiring, for experienced professionals and campus recruits.

What You’ll Own

Recruiting Strategy & Execution

• Develop recruitment strategies to achieve staffing levels as determined by the firm
• Lead and manage the full recruiting process, including sourcing, screening, and interviewing candidates
• Develop and conduct training for the firm's hiring teams on interviewing and candidate evaluation
• Coordinate interview schedules, candidate communications, and offer processes

Campus & Community Relations

• Cultivate and establish relationships with targeted universities and professional organizations
• Plan and attend campus recruiting events, career fairs, and firm-hosted events
• Manage the internship program pipeline, from initial outreach through assessment and offer

Reporting & Systems

• Develop and manage the firm's recruiting database and applicant tracking
• Prepare and present reports on hiring statistics and recruiting metrics to firm leadership
• Identify opportunities to use technology, automation, and AI tools to improve the recruiting process
