Job summary

Always Compassionate Health is seeking a Recruiter to support full-cycle recruitment in Rochester, NY. You will conduct initial screenings, reference checks, and onboarding activities, ensuring a smooth candidate experience.

Develop sourcing strategies, review documents for regulatory compliance, and build relationships with local businesses, schools, and candidates to grow candidate flow and strengthen the Always Compassionate Health brand.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s Degree preferred.
• +2 years’ experience as a Recruiter in healthcare preferred.
• Strong oral and written communication skills.
• Ability to handle multiple tasks and problem solve.
• Computer literacy in fiscal management and database programs.

Responsibilities

• Completes initial screening of candidates and conducts reference/background checks.
• Develops and executes sourcing strategies to identify top talent.
• Reviews recruitment documents for regulatory compliance and accuracy.
• Builds relationships with local businesses, schools, and candidates to enhance candidate flow and brand.
• Acts as a point of contact during the recruitment cycle and after hire.
• Supports the Recruitment Team to drive full-cycle recruitment and improve processes.
• Occasional flexibility to support other offices or events outside work hours.

QUALIFICATIONS/EDUCATION: • Education: Bachelor’s Degree Preferred • + 2 years’ experience as a Recruiter and clear understanding of healthcare workers preferred. • Required Skills, Knowledge, and Abilities: Strong oral and written communication skills. • Ability to administer business processes and requests consistently with general supervision.
