Job summary

NewPath is a Cincinnati-based behavioral health agency seeking a Recruiter to develop and execute strategies that attract and hire qualified professionals for youth and family programs. The role focuses on sourcing, screening, interviewing, and offering candidates while building a strong candidate pipeline.

You will partner with hiring managers, manage interview coordination, onboarding support, and represent NewPath at events and university fairs to promote opportunities and the organization's

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in HR, Business Administration, Marketing, Communications, or a related field is highly preferred.
• 2+ years' experience in full cycle recruiting; behavioral health/healthcare experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Develop and implement effective recruitment strategies to attract and hire qualified behavioral health professionals.
• Source, screen, interview, and recommend candidates for open positions.
• Build and maintain a strong pipeline of qualified candidates through job boards, social media, networking, community outreach, and other recruitment channels.
• Partner with hiring managers to understand staffing needs, qualifications, and recruitment priorities.
• Coordinate interviews, make offers, and facilitate the hiring process.
• Support onboarding for new hires by coordinating pre-employment requirements.
• Promote NewPath's mission, culture, and opportunities to prospective candidates.
• Monitor recruitment trends through weekly metrics and recommend improvements.
• Represent NewPath at recruitment events and career fairs.
• Maintain relationships with Universities and outside agencies.
• Effectively utilize the iSolved ATS and professional networking platforms.

Your Role:

• Maintain professional relationships with Universities and outside agencies.
• Effectively utilize the iSolved ATS and professional networking platforms.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in HR, Business Administration, Marketing, Communications, or a related field is highly preferred.
• A minimum of 2 years' experience in full cycle recruiting required; experience recruiting in behavioral health, healthcare, child welfare, education, social services, or nonprofit organizations highly preferred.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Strong interviewing and candidate screening skills.
• Strong relationship-building and customer service skills.
• Strong organizational and time-management skills.
• Ability to effectively prioritize competing recruitment needs.
• Ability to develop, creative and innovate sourcing strategies and pipelines.
• Ability to effectively communicate with individuals at all organizational levels.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office and ATS.
• Must be a minimum of 21 years of age, have a valid driver's license and proof of current auto insurance with no more than 5 points on your MVR.
• Must be able to pass a pre-employment background check & drug screen.
