Job summary

Behavioral Framework is seeking a results-oriented Recruiter – Talent Acquisition to partner with hiring leaders, manage end-to-end recruitment, and own the candidate experience from first conversation through hire. You will build robust pipelines, conduct interviews, and guide new hires through onboarding while ensuring compliance with HIPAA guidelines and relevant staffing laws.

You will post roles, develop sourcing strategies, and maintain ongoing communication with applicants.

Qualifications

  • 2 years recruiting experience in a high-volume environment.
  • Workday ATS/HRIS experience preferred.
  • Bachelor’s degree in HR, Business Administration, Psychology or related field, or equivalent work experience.

Responsibilities

  • Review resumes and applications to assess candidates' qualifications, skills, and experience.
  • Screen applications and select qualified candidates.
  • Coordinate, schedule, and conduct interviews with candidates.
  • Collaborate with Talent Placement Team and Onboarding Team to identify hiring criteria and proactively and timely hire to fill in current and future positions.
  • Post job descriptions on job boards and other relevant platforms.
  • Identify and recommend pay rates based on pay scale and experience, start dates, availability, and other pertinent details.
  • Send offer letters and inform management of new hires. Prepare weekly recruiting reports.
  • Maintain communication with employees to ensure new employees are supported and properly welcomed to the team.
  • Updating all forms of communication regarding a new hire through the ATS and other tracking sources.
  • Develop and maintain relationships with new employees to identify opportunities, answer questions, ensure a smooth new hire transition, and help our distributed workforce remain connected.
  • Attend job fairs and other events to promote Behavioral Framework to new graduates and others seeking a career in the field.
  • Other duties as assigned.

Recruiter – Talent Acquisition

Behavioral Framework is growing, and we’re looking for a driven, relationship-focused Recruiter to join our Talent Acquisition team.

We’re looking for a recruiter who enjoys finding great people, building candidate relationships, solving hiring challenges, and taking ownership of their positions from the first conversation through hire.

As a Recruiter at Behavioral Framework, you’ll partner closely with hiring leaders to identify talent across our growing organization while delivering a candidate experience that reflects who we are as a company.

You’ll use a combination of proactive sourcing, recruiting technology, market knowledge, and relationship building to develop strong pipelines and keep hiring moving.

Most importantly, the people you hire will help us expand access to high-quality ABA therapy for children and families.

Essential Functions

Knowledge, Skills, Experience
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Outstanding organizational and leadership skills.
  • Excellent interpersonal skills with good negotiation tactics.
  • Ability to create and implement sourcing strategies for recruitment for a variety of roles.
  • Proactive and independent with the ability to take initiative.
  • Excellent time management skills with a proven ability to meet deadlines.
  • Familiarity with laws, regulations, and best practices applicable to staffing, hiring and recruitment.
  • Proficient with or the ability to quickly learn applicant-tracking software or other recruitment systems.
  • Proficient with Microsoft Office Suite or related software.
  • Maintain confidentiality; adhere to all HIPAA guidelines/regulations.
  • Knowledge of the behavioral health industry and terms is a plus.
Education And Experience
  • 2 years recruiting experience required, preferribly in a high volume hiring environment .
  • Workday ATS, HRIS experience preferred.
  • Bachelor’s degree in human resources, Business Administration, Psychology or related field, or equivalent work experience, preferred.
Work Environment, Physical Conditions
  • 4 days a week in office, 1 day remote after 30 day training period.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
  • Ability to work 40 hours per week.
  • Ability to work cooperatively with others.
  • Must comply with practice policies and procedures.
  • Requires daily in-office work. Does not meet the requirements of regular telecommuting.
  • Physical activities include sitting for long periods of time, walking, bending, kneeling.
  • Must be able to reach, pull, and push.
  • Requires manual dexterity, auditory and visual skills.
  • Ability to lift up to 15 lbs.
