Consulting Solutions is seeking highly driven, money-motivated recruiting professionals to join the LIFT program in Charlotte, NC. The program emphasizes classroom training, mentorship, and hands-on experience on a live recruiting desk, with ownership of defined delivery and clear responsibilities.

The role offers a path from Associate Recruiter to Recruiter and into account management and leadership roles, plus a competitive base salary with uncapped commissions and ongoing development

Program members take ownership of defined delivery: an agreed scope, deliverable, outcome, or ongoing service, within clearly established responsibilities and dependencies.
