Job summary

EmployBridge in Chambersburg, PA is seeking a Bilingual Field Recruiter fluent in Spanish and English to recruit for multiple customers and fill roles quickly.

You will craft postings, promote opportunities in the community, interview candidates, and manage the pipeline to support order fulfillment, including conducting drug screens, background checks, and I-9s.

This full-time role offers a competitive base salary with monthly bonus potential and a comprehensive benefits package.
