This role manages a large pipeline of candidates to ensure stores receive timely, high-quality slates that directly support sales performance and an exceptional customer experience. The Recruiter partners closely with Store Leaders to screen talent, schedule interviews, coordinate hiring steps, and make offers for non-exempt roles. This individual executes hiring events, activates multiple sourcing strategies, and delivers a consistent candidate experience aligned with ELG’s brand standards.
