Job summary

Bartlett Roofing is seeking a motivated Recruiter to support hiring efforts in Boise, Idaho. This in-office role will manage candidates through the full recruiting lifecycle, build pipelines, and ensure a high-quality candidate experience.

You will screen applications, conduct phone screens, coordinate interviews, and extend offers while leveraging ATS and various sourcing tools to find top talent in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of recruiting, sales, or customer-facing experience required.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• High level of organization and attention to detail.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
• Experience with ATS systems preferred.
• Comfortable making high-volume calls and candidate outreach.

Responsibilities

• Manage candidates through the full recruiting lifecycle from application to offer.
• Review and process inbound applications daily.
• Conduct phone screening interviews.
• Coordinate and schedule interviews with hiring managers.
• Maintain clean, accurate candidate data and notes in the ATS.
• Prepare and extend offer letters.
• Source & headhunt new candidates utilizing multiple resources.
• Build and maintain a consistent pipeline of qualified candidates.
• Coordinate onboarding meetings and documents; partner with hiring managers to align on needs.

Bartlett Roofing specializes in residential and commercial storm damage restoration. We work directly with homeowners and their insurance carriers to restore properties impacted by weather events, delivering solutions that build long-term relationships.

As we continue to grow, our Recruiting Team plays a critical role in building the workforce that drives our success. We are focused on bringing in high-quality talent and creating a strong, consistent hiring process across all markets.

We're seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Recruiter to support our hiring efforts. This individual will manage candidates through the full recruiting lifecycle, build strong pipelines, and help create a positive, high-quality candidate experience.

Pay Range: $50K - $65K annual salary + Uncapped Bonuses!

Job Type: Full-Time, In-office (not remote)

Minimum Qualifications

• 2+ years of recruiting, sales, or customer-facing experience required


• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
