International Schools Partnership Limited is seeking an experienced Talent Acquisition Specialist (Academic) to manage end-to-end recruitment across regions, collaborating with marketing on campaigns, sourcing candidates, and coordinating interviews.

You will build pipelines via ATS and LinkedIn Recruiter, drive safer recruitment, provide data-driven reporting, and support strategic projects with the Global TA team.

Qualifications

  • Minimum of 5 years recruiting experience.
  • Experience using LinkedIn Recruiter for headhunting.
  • End-to-end recruitment with tight deadlines.
  • Strong coordination, time and diary management skills.
  • Experience with K-12 education and employer branding is desirable.
  • Proficient with ATS/CRM systems.

Responsibilities

  • Drive end-to-end recruitment life cycle using ATS, keep candidates warm.
  • Screen candidates via Teams or phone.
  • Source and share candidates with hiring managers with safe recruitment practices.
  • Build and maintain candidate pipeline via ATS, LinkedIn Recruiter, and other methods.
  • Develop innovative sourcing approaches.
  • Manage rejections and feedback.
  • Oversee LinkedIn Promoted job slots for academic roles.
  • Utilize data insights for hiring (Talent Insights).
  • Keep stakeholders updated throughout interview process.
  • Join weekly regional recruitment meetings.
  • Collaborate with ITM on job specs and attraction strategies.
  • Plan and deliver Recruitment Events.
  • Implement employer branding for recruitment fairs.
  • Collaborate with marketing on social media posts.
  • Provide weekly reports of all academic hiring.
  • Update live tracker with hiring manager ITM and Head of Global TA.
  • Support Global Head of TA on strategic projects.
  • Other duties including ad hoc academic recruitment.
  • Develop internal North America/US/Canada East recruiting processes including Wipro team.

ISP Talent Acquisition Specialist (Academic)
Purpose of Role

This role is responsible for managing the end-to-end recruitment process for recruitment, ensuring a seamless experience for both candidates and hiring managers. The role involves collaborating with marketing on recruitment campaigns, directly sourcing and screening candidates and managing agency relationships. It also includes tracking hiring progress, preparing reports, coordinating interviews, and ensuring compliance with safer recruitment practices. Additionally, the role requires supporting strategic talent acquisition projects, leveraging data insights, and aligning recruitment efforts across regions to optimise hiring outcomes and drive the organisations Referral Programme.

  • Proactively drive the end-to-end recruitment life cycle for candidates using our applicant tracking system, updating recruitment workflows and keep candidates warm.
  • Conduct initial screening calls with prospective candidates via Microsoft Teams or phone.
  • Directly source, screen and share suitable candidates with hiring managers, ensuring safer recruitment practices are in place from the very first interaction
  • Building and maintaining a continual pipeline of quality candidates through our ATS, LinkedIn Recruiter and other creative sourcing methods.
  • Develop new and innovative approaches to attract and engage with quality candidates using a variety of creative sourcing and networking tools.
  • Manage candidate rejections and feedback
  • Manage LinkedIn Promoted job slots for academic roles, prioritising critical roles across the group
  • Adopt a data driven approach to hiring – utilising LI Talent Insights
  • Keep hiring managers and candidates updated throughout interview process, to ensure a seamless experience for both
  • Join weekly meetings with Regional Recruitment Managers/Heads of HR, aligning hiring strategy and offering support where needed
  • Work with the ITM to understand the job specification and specific qualifications required, to create an attractive and robust attraction strategy to attract high calibre candidates.
  • Work with the ITM to plan, organise and deliver the Recruitment Events.
  • Collaborate with the ITM on implementing employer branding for Recruitment Fairs.
  • Collaborate with marketing on weekly social media posts for current hot roles
  • Provide weekly reports of all academic hiring
  • Update shared live tracker for each role with hiring manager ITM and Head of Global TA
  • Support Global Head of TA on Strategic Projects
  • Being an integral part of the Talent Team and assisting where necessary with ad hoc tasks including but not limited academic recruitment.

Skills, Qualifications And Experience
  • Minimum of 5 years recruiting experience
  • Proficient in the use of LinkedIn Recruiter, particularly to headhunt talent
  • End-to-end recruitment experience including high volume activity & tight deadlines
  • Demonstrable experience in coordination and diary management, time management and organisation skills.
  • Excellent interpersonal skills including the ability to effectively interact and collaborate with Regional Teams, School Senior Leadership Teams and colleagues to establish trust, respect and confidence.
  • Experience in K-12 Education
  • Experience with employment branding, innovative sourcing strategies, and building a robust pipeline of diverse talent desirable
  • Self‑motivated, enthusiastic and flexible with a positive approach to both work and mindset.
  • An eye for attention to detail.
  • Working knowledge of ATS/CRMs
Pay Range

We anticipate the salary range to be up to $100,000. An individual’s compensation can vary based on several factors which include, but are not limited to, geographic location, experience, training, education, and local market conditions.
