Job summary

Qualifications

• CTRS certification required for employment.
• Bachelor's degree in Therapeutic Recreation or related field.
• Background and criminal screening free of felony or OIG exclusions.
• Annual trainings required.

Responsibilities

• Plan, implement and evaluate programs for individuals with intellectual and developmental disabilities.
• Provide activity-based support to individuals in the Indianapolis area.
• Help spearhead new adaptive recreational programs.
• Deliver a medically oriented recreational program to restore or rehabilitate functioning.
• Ensure compliance with Indiana Administrative Code and DDRS/BQIS standards.
