Qualifications

• Must be at least 18 years old and have reliable transportation.
• Strong communication skills and experience working with clients with disabilities.
• CPR & First Aid Certified, with a clean background check.

Responsibilities

• Provide one-on-one recreational therapy to clients in home and community settings.
• Assess client needs and develop treatment plans using standardized assessments.
• Document therapy sessions according to Indiana Medicaid requirements.
