Midwest Gymnastics in Little Canada, MN is hiring fall coaches for preschool and recreational programs. Part-time, 4–20 hours per week, with paid training and a friendly team environment.

We welcome energetic individuals who love working with kids, enjoy movement, and are willing to learn. No prior coaching needed; training and mentorship are provided to help you grow into a confident, supportive coach within our community.

Qualifications

• Enjoys working with children.
• Positive, enthusiastic, reliable.
• Active, able to demonstrate movement skills.
• Excellent communication and teamwork.
• Gymnastics, cheer, dance, or athletic experience is a plus but not required.
• Must be 16 or older.

Responsibilities

About the Role

We’re expanding our recreational and preschool gymnastics programs and are seeking energetic, positive coaches who love working with children. If you enjoy teaching, being active, and helping young athletes build confidence, this is a great fit — even if you’re new to coaching.

No formal gymnastics coaching experience is required. We provide training, mentorship, and a welcoming team environment.

What You’ll Do

Training provided. No gymnastics coaching experience required — we provide paid training and clear lesson plans.

• Prior gymnastics, cheer, dance, or athletic experience is a plus, but not required.
