Job summary

Midwest Gymnastics in Little Canada, MN is seeking a Recreational Gymnastics Coach to support fall openings. This part-time role offers evenings and Saturday mornings, 4 to 20 hours per week, with a consistent schedule.

Paid training and mentorship from day one help new coaches grow, even without prior coaching experience. You'll teach preschool and school-age classes, demonstrate movements, create a safe, positive environment, and communicate with families.

Qualifications

• Must be 16 or older.
• Enjoys working with children.
• Positive, enthusiastic, reliable.
• Comfortable being active and moving.
• Prior gymnastics, cheer, dance, or athletic experience is a plus.

Pay

$16-$19 per hour, based on experience. Paid training included.

About the role

We are expanding our recreational and preschool programs and looking for energetic, positive coaches who genuinely enjoy working with kids. No gymnastics coaching experience needed. We provide paid training, clear lesson plans, and mentorship from day one. Many of our coaches started here with no background in the sport and moved into advanced coaching roles within their first year.

What you'll do
