Laketown Gymnastics in Waconia, MN is seeking a part-time Recreational Gymnastics Coach to inspire young athletes ages 18 months and up. You’ll follow lesson plans, lead safe, fun classes, and help kids build confidence and coordination. No prior gymnastics experience required—training provided—with emphasis on reliability, energy, and strong communication.

• CPR/First Aid certification (or willingness to obtain).

• Communicate effectively with parents, students, and fellow coaches.
• Assist with gym events, camps, and special programs as needed.

Job Summary:

As a Recreational Gymnastics Coach, you will work with children ages 18 months to 14 years and older, teaching fundamental gymnastics skills in a safe and encouraging environment. You will follow pre-designed lesson plans and rotation schedules, ensuring structured and engaging classes for all skill levels. This role requires a patient, energetic, and team-oriented individual who enjoys working with children and fostering their physical and personal growth.
