Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Provide on- and off-unit recreational activities per the program schedule.
• Lead programs related to leisure education, stress reduction, social skills, and physical exercise.
• Assist with activities of daily living and patient monitoring as assigned.
• Document patient actions and responses in medical records.
• Maintain a safe, clean, and therapeutic unit environment.
• Assist in transporting patients to activities and appointments.
